After talking with him about our location which was a little unique, we was excited about the idea and being able to photograph our memories. I explained right off the bat that I had a unique challenge - my acupuncture clinic is located on the second floor of a building which has zero windows, which means ZERO daylight. I knew this could be quite the nightmare for an inexperienced photographer so I wanted to make this issue front and center. Sammy gave the thumbs up - no natural light, no problem - and she swiftly set up a virtual meeting with me to make sure she had an idea of my vision and my needs as a client. Not only did she set up a Pinterest board for me to add inspo to, she’d already done her own research and provided some other ideas based on other acupuncture clinics. The night of the photoshoot went so smoothly; she was well-prepared with her gear and her direction in helping me pose was invaluable.
