- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't charge fees. Quotes, consults, advice are complimentary. I often have promo codes and discounts for multiple rooms on many trips.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get as much information as possible about the trip. From and to where? Dates? How many peoples? Budget? Desires to do on the trip? Sight see or just relax on a beach?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in business a long time now and have lots of experience. I am well traveled. I attend conferences, seminars and webinars all the time
