What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on linear feet.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Connect with client to get more information about the project. I will ask for any inspiration pictures, theme, colors, location and a budget. This is very important. Please have a budget in mind so I can make recommendations that match your budget.
2) Pictures, and videos of the place where event will take place are important so we can plan accordingly. If possible, I like to visit the location.
3) I will work on a few designs and quotes. Make adjustments based on client's notes. Then a deposit is required to book date.
Please note that any project that requires materials I don't have in stock, need to be finalized at least 1 week and a half before the event. This way I can guarantee materials are delivered on time.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got into balloon decor because of my kids, and from there this became my passion.
