Jasmine was simply AMAZING to work with from beginning to end. From day one she provided a fast response, listened to my vision and provided me with different pricing options. It's hard to know where to even start, Jasmine and Set It Up blew me away! Jasmine was brought on to help coordinate our company party details between the venue, caterers, event rental company, bartenders, performers and myself for our party of 100 people. It was such a relief to explain my party vision to someone and have them actually hear me and know what I wanted, and effectively communicate that for me. She was organized and one step ahead the whole way. She also designed all the custom signs, centerpieces, balloon wreath and staircase, and photo backdrops in our theme, Great Gatsby! I would recommend her to anyone and look forward to working with her again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Event Planning:
Since every event is unique, it's very difficult for me to give you a quote via questionnaire or email until I've spoken to you about event specifics, expectations, budget, etc. Please reach out to me directly so that we can get the process started!
For Balloons and Decor:
Any prices listed are base and do not include custom "add ons" or delivery. This is because I want to make sure you receive the best service possible, and the delivery fee is based on mileage and size of the set up. When you reach out via Thumbtack, I'll respond with a questionnaire for you that allows me to get basic info about your event so we can get the process started.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When inquiring about balloon and other various decor services, and in order to save us both time, customers typically fill out a questionnaire so I can know basic information, like time, location, and occasion. Please contact me with your specific needs and I'll send you the form that applies!
