William helped me out on short notice when I was in a bind. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He gave me a reasonable quote sight unseen. He offered to pick up, meet or have me drop off my computer to him, which ever was more convenient for me. He diagnosed the problem in a timely matter and then offered to "shop around" for replacement parts when my computer was deemed dead. At this point he could have easily taken advantage of the situation but instead he suggested I buy a new computer, which I did. He then reinstalled all the retrieved hard data into the new computer. William answered all my questions and I will definitely take his advice, as well as, call him again if ever I need any additional tech help!

William is great to work with!Super knowledgeable and very patient. He was able to fix my computer remotely which made it so easy. Not only did he fix my problem he also have my computer a tune up so now it runs great. I will use William again and recommend him to friends and family

suspected virus. driver corruption. set up new anti virus software. clear items slowing PC. Wiliam went beyond my expectations. After fixing my PC, he then took significant additional time to go over my entire system. Also, showed me how to check and clear items by myself. Highly recommend William.

William was great. I had a computer crisis on a Saturday before leaving for a work trip and he was incredibly nice and willing to work on it that night. He was upfront with the cost and process and was true to his word. He explained everything to me and followed up on how the computer was functioning after. I will definitely use him for future computer issues and I highly recommend him to others!

William was available and accommodating from the start and extremely knowledgeable and professional. Even though the problem turned into more than expected, he took care of me and solved the issues and delivered my laptop to home during a snow storm. I feel so fortunate to have found him. He IS definitely my IT guy from now on and I trust him completely. He even took time to advise and teach me about various tools and programs that was not part of the original work order. He is amazing and would highly, highly recommend him to my family, friends and everyone else out there. Star Gate Tech Solutions is amazing!
