William responded to my call quickly and informed me of the procedure and costs involved with reviewing the problems I had with my computer. I am a small business person who uses her computer every day all day so was grateful for the quick response. William found the problem and set out to obtain and replace the part. That did fix the problem but not 100%. I contacted him again and he did more work to find out why my computer wasn't working 100%. He did find a secondary problem, explained what was needed to correct this and again got the parts and installed and working. I like the fact that William keeps up with his continuing education, this knowledge shows. I liked that he was good to communicate and explain and that he listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I would recommenced his services to anyone needing a computer repair or update.

William was great to work with! We called him about a software issue which he fixed easily, and he let us know that the (old) computer's hard drive was about to go out (which he then replaced for free, as he had an extra one laying around). He came to our door to pick it up and brought it back to us within 2 days. Very professional and stayed well in communication the whole time.

William helped me out on short notice when I was in a bind. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He gave me a reasonable quote sight unseen. He offered to pick up, meet or have me drop off my computer to him, which ever was more convenient for me. He diagnosed the problem in a timely matter and then offered to "shop around" for replacement parts when my computer was deemed dead. At this point he could have easily taken advantage of the situation but instead he suggested I buy a new computer, which I did. He then reinstalled all the retrieved hard data into the new computer. William answered all my questions and I will definitely take his advice, as well as, call him again if ever I need any additional tech help!

William came to our house today, on short notice, to fix our desktop. He was courteous, efficient and found the problem in pretty short order. He then ran a diagnostic on the computer for no additional charge. I would use him again.
