I needed a sink installed in my basement with no pre-existing water lines or drains. Les ran new lines for both and got it installed very quickly. I highly reccomend his services to anyone seeking high quality work.

Less was great. I had a flooded basement, discovered it at 10pm on a Friday night (of course). Reached out to Les and got a prompt reply Saturday morning. He was out within an hour and wrote me up a proposal to install a sump pump with plans to start the work in a couple days. Unfortunately, as soon as he left, I discovered it was a broken sprinkler pipe and needed to refocus my repair efforts. Les was understanding, cancelled the paperwork for the sump pump, and sent me an invoice just for the service fee (reasonable). Very professional and respectful, would have enjoyed working with him!

Les is a very reasonable and flexible business owner willing to work through your plumbing issues with you, the customer. Although I chose not to hire Bravo Initiative, LLC for the plumbing work and instead do it myself, he was very helpful in getting me to the appropriate solution for my issue. Would recommend giving Bravo Initiative an opportunity to resolve your plumbing needs.

This evening I had a major leak under my kitchen sink..Les came out and found that my garbage disposal was the problem..
He replaced the garbage disposal and made sure everything was working...
I highly recommend trying Les for any plumbing needs...
I am very pleased with my new garbage disposal ..

I had a broken water pipe and had to shut off all the water. Les arrived quickly on a Sunday night and was able to fix the pipe. He was very professional and explained exactly what he did. He even did a complementary pressure test when finished. I highly recommend Les and would use him again for any plumbing needs!
