Customers should be aware of the following: Competitive Pricing: My prices are very competitive within the industry. I strive to offer fair and reasonable rates for the services provided. One-Year Warranty: I stand behind my workmanship and offer a one-year warranty on all fixes and repairs, provided that plumbing code is observed during the installation or repair process. Discounts Available: I understand the value of offering discounts to my customers. Depending on the mode of payment. This will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of any work. By knowing these details, customers can feel confident in the quality of service they will receive, the fairness of the pricing, and the reliability of the warranty provided. It’s all part of my commitment to providing excellent service and customer satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a plumber, I believe in providing personalized and efficient service to my customers from the very start. When I work with new customers, I take the time to listen attentively to their concerns and ask questions to better understand the issues they are facing. This helps me to identify the most effective and economical solutions to solve their plumbing problems. To gain a clearer understanding of the situation, I often request pictures of the plumbing issue from my customers. This allows me to assess the problem remotely and prepare accordingly before visiting their home. Additionally, I offer home visits to further evaluate the situation and address any questions or concerns they may have in person. I do charge a $50 dispatch fee for the home visit, which covers the cost of my time and travel. However, I want to assure my customers that this fee is credited back to them upon completion of the work. It’s my way of showing appreciation for their trust and commitment to working with me. Ultimately, my goal is to provide my customers with the best possible service and solutions to their plumbing needs, while ensuring transparency, convenience, and value every step of the way.
