- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge by the sqft based on system needed or preferred. Also I charge a small mobile fee per job unless promised otherwise. Distance, weekends, nights all can change pricing as well
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have a phone call or text, meet them, if they want to move forward we get them on the schedule and most projects happen within a couple weeks and start to finish of the projects would be 1-2 days
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Time and experience. Willing to learn new techniques and practices on the systems.
