Deontra provided excellent service from start to finish. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my garage door and clearly walked me through all of the different options I had instead of trying to push me into an unnecessary repair.

What impressed me most was that he genuinely went out of his way to help me fix the issue and make sure everything was working properly. He was patient, respectful, and you could tell he really knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work.

It’s hard to find technicians who are this helpful and trustworthy. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing garage door service. Definitely a 5 out of 5 experience!

We could not be more pleased with the response and work done by Deontra! We contacted 3 garage door repair services and he was the first to reply almost immediately. He let us know the cost of the repairs and explained the need and reason for each. He's a great guy and we highly recommend him for garage door repairs. Thanks again Deontra!

My garage door would not close so I called Family Garage Door Service on a Saturday and Deontra was able to come out and replace the springs that same day. The door works perfectly now. I highly recommend this company and I will not hesitate to call them again if I ever need service in the future.
