When I look for a company, I want one that stands for integrity, reliability, and genuine care and Family Garage checked every box.Our garage door had popped off the tracks, trapping our cars inside. When we called Family Garage, they were already at another job, but instead of turning us away, Devonte one of the owner said, Give me a little bit of time, and Ill help you get your cars out. True to his word, he came, opened the garage so we could carry on with our day, and then returned later to repair it completely.Devonte not only fixed the problem but took the time to educate us about our garage door and how to prevent it from happening again. There was no upselling just honesty, professionalism, and kindness. Both Devonte and his apprentice, Jos, were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend.
