- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can work by the hour or by bid. Bid jobs will typically not be less than $500, depending on the project, but we price longer jobs out at an estimate of $1k/8-10 hr. day. Hourly rates for the first visit are $95/hour including travel and procurement time. Bids will include everything, but limited in scope to the specifics mentioned. Our minimum visit charge is $280. This covers the first two hours of labor, and up to 1 hr travel (round trip) and the first $20 of materials. If you call us back for more work within 90 days, our rate is reduced to $80/hour including travel time for our loyal customers. Every referred job will have a $20 finder fee added which goes towards covering Thumbtack fees.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to the school of exposure and experience. No formal training, but I’ve had a lot of experience and know how to fix most anything in a house and have done many builds and remodels, including my own homes. I have worked under highly skilled and professional general contractors and managed many full-scale commercial Starbucks remodels for the general contractor. I do fix and repair for many commercial establishments and for a local residential rental mana company.
