Very unprofessional with the service, they don’t inform the that estimation will also be chargeable before and the estimation they give for the project is very high, when I asked this to technician they literally yells me very bad experience and I don’t recommend this company for any service, they don’t respect the customer time as not worth for service

I'm very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our service, and I truly regret that the amount clearly stated on our main page ($69) felt too high for you. I sincerely understand your frustration and empathize with the fact that service requested through Thumbtack is not free, as you may have expected. In the future, if you plan to replace one kitchen stove with another, please ensure that the new appliance is already on-site. Otherwise, as in our case, there will be nothing for the technicians to work on, and a service call fee will still apply.
