I started training with Noreen three months ago and my attitude and perspective on life has changed tremendously. Since I’ve started training with Noreen I have been dropping not only weight and body fat but I have also been losing inches. This passed month I have incorporated kickboxing with her husband Berto which is a killer and amazing way to do incorporate cardio. My confidence has built and so has my motivation on life. Daria, is a great yoga coach/trainer. Im a beginner and wanted to quickly learn the absolute correct form and postures quickly, so i can join a yoga class and participate without injury. In 3 one on one classes, we achieved that goal. Totally worth it!
Jerome is an exceptional health coach and personal trainer. My experiences with him have been nothing short of fantastic. He clearly is very well educated about health and fitness. He makes workouts exciting while also taking the care and time to inform you about the proper technique and body maintenance required to improve one's fitness. It’s been an awesome experience working B.J. He’s super knowledgeable about what he’s doing. The biggest thing for me is seeing the results in his own workout life. I trained with brad for 7 months, and it was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life! He cares about his clients' progress and goals, and he knows to keep clients motivated. Spring was a life saver for me and my family. She coached me on nutrition for my hyperactive son. Diet made such a huge difference in his behavior and Spring offered suggestions and meal plans to help us. Spring also serviced me with life coaching that has improved how I handle situations and I still implement these teachings she shared with me to this day. Spring is wonderful to work with and a true blessing to us.
