What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will always work with you to understand your needs and agree on a price that works for you. As well, we will beat any other home inspection price by 10%, as long as it's from a professional certified instructor. Normal pricing starts at $450 for the average home inspection and can increase or decrease based on square footage of the home
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First things first, we work to understand your situation and needs, including any specific concerns for the home inspection. From here, we determine a price and schedule your inspection. When the inspection is complete, we will sit down with you to explain our inspection findings in a simple, yet explanatory way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- Trained and certified by InterNACHI® - U.S. Dept. of Energy-Certified Home Energy Score Assessor #CO-ITNC-0284 - FAA-Licensed Part 107 Drone Pilot - 40+ years’ experience in the building trades
