Dan arrived on time and spent over 4 hours for the inspection. He is very detail oriented and answered all my questions and he is open for follow up questions.
I am very comfortable to say he caught all major or minor issues in the home.
I would definitely hire him in future and recommend his service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will always work with you to understand your needs and agree on a price that works for you. As well, we will beat any other home inspection price by 10%, as long as it's from a professional certified instructor.
Normal pricing starts at $450 for the average home inspection and can increase or decrease based on square footage of the home
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First things first, we work to understand your situation and needs, including any specific concerns for the home inspection. From here, we determine a price and schedule your inspection. When the inspection is complete, we will sit down with you to explain our inspection findings in a simple, yet explanatory way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
