If you’re buying a house, get Kevin to do the inspection. The guy has an eagle eye. He found things our home builder missed in their inspections. He is diligent. He’s also one of the cheapest inspectors I took quotes from. I’m glad I contacted him.

Kevin was excellent. He was very thorough and delivered the report extremely fast. He answered all of my questions with exactly what I needed to know. It is very affordable for the quality of the inspection provided.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a date to do the inspection, meet at the property, take about 3 hours going over the property from top to bottom and we will send a full digital report within 24 hours guaranteed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I.C.A. Certification, N.R.S.B. certified, residential electrical installations, residential plumbing installations. A current graduate from Colorado Media School.
