I was on a limited time crunch and had to have Not only an inspection but a radon test done. For both the property I was going to acquire as well as in my old residence as part of the contract for the new buyer. With just short notice Kevin with Out'N'out Adjusted his schedule around For me to make a miracle happen and got everything I needed with a day to spare. We will schedule a date to do the inspection, meet at the property, take about 3 hours going over the property from top to bottom and we will send a full digital report within 24 hours guaranteed.

I.C.A. Certification, N.R.S.B. certified, residential electrical installations, residential plumbing installations. A current graduate from Colorado Media School.
