If you’re buying a house, get Kevin to do the inspection. The guy has an eagle eye. He found things our home builder missed in their inspections. He is diligent. He’s also one of the cheapest inspectors I took quotes from. I’m glad I contacted him.

I was on a limited time crunch and had to have Not only an inspection but a radon test done. For both the property I was going to acquire as well as in my old residence as part of the contract for the new buyer. With just short notice Kevin with Out'N'out Adjusted his schedule around For me to make a miracle happen and got everything I needed with a day to spare. Who's ultimately helped what is being able to complete the sale of my old home and made a smooth transition into my new one. As I'm sure we're all aware. Moving is expensive, especially when I just put a down payment on my new home. Kevin was able to work with me with the cost that Really helps me manage and make things feasible. Within my finances. Last I just want to know how Thoreau his report was what she was able to send to me in a will comprised report that even included pictures. This was so nice to have as I did need to use it to reference for both the young couple buying My previous home As well as for my realtor and own personal needs. I just want to say thank you for making it such a quick convenient process But the final steps that were needed. In my transition to my family's new home. P. We will schedule a date to do the inspection, meet at the property, take about 3 hours going over the property from top to bottom and we will send a full digital report within 24 hours guaranteed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I.C.A. Certification, N.R.S.B. certified, residential electrical installations, residential plumbing installations. A current graduate from Colorado Media School.
