I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We needed a move out clean and this team of wonderful ladies lifted so much stress off of me. The apartment looks great. Very thorough and detailed in their work; I think the space was cleaner than we received it upon move-in!
Friendly, kind, and easy to work with. I appreciate you all for making this transition a smooth one.

I hired Peaks Two Plains Cleaning LLC for a deep cleaning of my home, specifically requesting that the baseboards be cleaned. Unfortunately, the results were extremely disappointing and nowhere near what I would consider a professional deep cleaning.
The baseboards were not cleaned, the blinds were untouched, window ledges were dirty, and dust was left throughout the house. The edges and corners of the floors were overlooked, and several areas appeared to have been completely skipped. One of the bathrooms wasn’t even mopped, and the toilet was left dirty.
To make matters worse, they left a large bleach stain on my carpet, causing damage that wasn’t there before.
I paid for a deep cleaning, not a rushed, half-done basic cleaning. The attention to detail was practically nonexistent. I shouldn’t have to go behind a professional cleaning company and clean the areas I specifically hired them to take care of.
I have photos documenting the missed cleaning and carpet damage. Overall, I’m extremely dissatisfied with the quality of work and would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Peaks to Plains Cleaning LLC's reply
We’re sorry this customer was dissatisfied with the service. After reviewing the concerns, we acknowledged that a few detail areas could have received more attention.
Because we stand behind our work and aim for 100% customer satisfaction, we waived the entire $225 cleaning charge as a good-faith resolution.
We do want to add some context. The property was in very heavy condition before service, including significant pre-existing staining and discoloration on both the carpet and hard flooring. The photos shared in the review focus on specific problem areas and do not show wider views that reflect the overall condition of the property at the time of service. We also have documentation showing that many of the stains and marks were present before the cleaning.
The customer was provided with our deep-clean scope in advance, and some items referenced in the review, such as full wall washing, were not included in that scope.
We take feedback seriously, have addressed the detail concerns with our team, and will always work to make things right when a customer is unhappy. At the same time, we believe reviews should fairly reflect the agreed scope of work, the condition of the property before service, and the steps taken to resolve the concern.
