- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m fair!! I don’t over charge and I never undercut myself. My quality of work speaks for itself. I set my pricing so everyone feels satisfied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Either setting up a day and time to come out for a free estimate or figuring it out over the phone and scheduling a time to complete the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of hands on experience in the construction trade industry. Business school degree.
