- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I invest in each coaching relationship to ensure that each client sees meaningful results. I specialize in adults with many responsibilities, in work and/or personal life. Working moms, creatives and career changers are some of my favorite "types," but my coaching is tailored to the individual, so it will still work if you don't fit neatly into these categories. My special Thumbtack rate is: * $125 per 80-minute session with a 6 session commitment, good for 4 months ($750) * $110 per session for a 9 session commitment, good for 6 months ($990)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll literally build new neural pathways so you can feel a new sense of freedom in your everyday life. Whether you're looking to make a major life change, preparing for a new phase of life, or looking to remove a specific obstacle, I can help. We typically meet weekly during the first month, then bi-weekly. I recommend starting with 6 or 9 sessions to get the full impact of coaching--it takes time to integrate the process into your life. I typically work with clients for shorter periods, during transitions, and am flexible about timing once you have made a commitment to coaching and learned "the basics" through regular sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

As a Certified Life Coach, I bring 10+ years of professional experience -- in coaching, management, family & human development, education and mentoring. Having worked in the corporate, academic and non-profit realms, and as an entrepreneur, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my coaching. I hold a BS in Human Development and an MFA in Poetry; both inform my coaching style.
