- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have one-time fees for certain projects and recurring fees for ongoing services. All fees for my services and assistance are upfront and clear.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new clients start out with an online presence audit. I put all of the audit data into a dashboard for us to review together. Coming out of that meeting you will have a clear plan of action.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My approach to partnering with business owners is that of an educational nature. My goal is to first empower you to make the right decisions for your business. The way I do this is by bringing you context and education so you end up with clarity.
