We believe in dreaming big and letting those visions inspire us to take the small daily actions needed to reach goals. Our workouts are fun, high energy, and custom tailored to what you can do / what you need. I love seeing people reach their goals. Most people don't have support, a plan of action, and the motivation to achieve the lifestyle they are after. I love watching people use fitness in their everyday life so they have the skills needed to hike, play with kids, and increase their longevity.

John has been great to work with. He and I were able to develop a training program that is allowing me to advance my weight training. He has a great understanding of physiology and has helped me improve my lifting technique in a number of ways. Great attitude, great personality and a fun person to train with.

My Saturday morning workouts with Coach John are the highlight of my week. His workouts are fun and imaginative. He always asks how our bodies are feeling and if we have any issues at all he will adjust that portion of the workout to fit our needs. He watches us closely for form and safety. I workout with 2 or 3 friends and John is great at adapting the workout to fit all of our different levels of fitness and abilities.

John was my weightlifting coach in New York City from November, 2012 through his departure for Denver, Colorado in July, 2014. I was 41 years old, and while in fairly good cardiovascular shape, I was not very strong. John coached me in back squatting, shoulder pressing, bench pressing and several other rotating exercises. He also gave me two very good running and sprinting. The results achieved speak to John's professionalism, knowledge, and coaching ability: Back squat: Started at approximately 135 lbs. By the time John and I finished, I was squatting 300 lbs. Shoulder press: Started at approximately 65 lbs. Finished at 135 lbs. Bench press: Started at 135 lbs. Finished at 200 lbs. John is a fantastic coach and without his teachings and friendship, I would not be as strong, healthy and happy as I am today. Train with John and you will feel like you can tackle any challenge. John Kimmich is a fantastic trainer. I started working out with John in 2008 and still look forward to every session! John takes a genuine interest in your fitness goals and changing needs. John starts every session by asking how I am feeling and then actually listens and makes adjustments to the workout plan if needed. Never had so much fun working out before! I highly recommend John as a personal trainer.
