What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a consultation which includes a muscular screening and joint assessment to determine if your body is functioning correctly. Then I go through a health history too see if there are any risk factors to address, as well as a exercise history questionnaire. If all is good I take you through a typical workout so you can experience a glimpse of the value of my services.
