Bee's two technicians arrived right on time, as Kathryn the owner stated they would when I originally scheduled duct and furnace cleaning at our foothills home. That's a good way to start off and provide customer service! After the techs and I walked through to look at the duct system, theses two spent just over 3.5 hours thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting our system. The techs were efficient, friendly, and courteous! They even replaced and shored-up some of the ducts that had gaps and we're not properly secured for effective negative pressure in the system. Though we paid extra for the disinfectant fog (the charge was disclosed when we set up the appointment with Kathryn), it was necessary as we had somehow had a mouse infestation in the return system. Bee's is not the cheapest duct cleaning service on the Front Range, and it's a competitive business. However, Bee's is well worth the price given their excellent service and the investment the company has made in quality employees and up-to-date equipment/methods. Being a mountain home, we need regular duct cleaning every few years. We'll be calling Bee's when the next service comes due.

This went very very smoothly. From scheduling the initial walk through, the proposal, scheduling of the work, and the final product. My work was for some re-routing of ductwork and adding some lines for a basement finish. I don't plan on finishing a basement again, but if I do or know someone, Bee's will be getting a call.

They worked very hard cleaning my ducts and dryer vent. I wish there had been some way that they didn't have to have the hose coming in through the front door. It left it open a crack and when the wind blew the door came totally open and my two dogs escaped. Luckily for my neighbor, we got them back in the house. Phew!

Did and excellent job. No mess. Duct cleaning was perfect and they left the surrounding carptes, floors, furniture, etc. cleaner than it was before they came. We are very satisfied

You will recieve email and text confirmation of your appointment. 48 hrs prior to your appointment you will recieve an email reminding you of your appointment. The day of your appointment your technician will text you when he is on the way. We will then provide your the best quality air duct cleaning at the best price possible!
