Mark has been a professional from the outset. He came to help with a dryer vent, and we uncovered a problem that took a lot of time to diagnose. He is very personable, on time, and efficient. I have already recommended him and will continue to do so.

I thought what I had was a smaller job, but it turned out to be a little cluster! Mark was avail the next day and was prompt. Mark ran all over town and back to fix our issue. He left our house at 8pm after running around to get the correct parts. He is very professional and very good! I would absolutely hire him again!

Installed a new Nest thermostat. I was going out of town and wanted it installed next day. Mark responded to my Thumbtack post at 9 PM and showed up at 11:30 the next day to install the unit. Friendly. Professional. Reasonable pricing. Feel like I now have found my "HVAC guy"

AC went out at my home. Wife is 9 months pregnant and it was miserable. Mark came out and got it fixed. Multiple trips were required even though he was booked up already. He was very professional and fair on his pricing. Now we are in a cool, comfortable home. I would recommend him to anyone.
