Mitch saved our house sale! Our house was under contract for a quick close and we needed some electrical work done for closing.
Then our partially finished basement flooded! Remediation cleaned up the water but was dragging along to do the rest.
Mitch stepped up and offered to help with all of our electrical needs as well as demo and restoration of wood, drywall, etc. He coordinated with water remediation to make sure it was all properly dry and/or replaced to meet our very tight timeline and water remediation high standards for dryness and all for very affordable price!
Our sale went through ON TIME and the buyers were very happy with the result.
