- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't charge per hour, my price is per job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get as much information about the job, this oftentimes includes pictures or videos. If it's a bigger job, I like to take a look in person before giving an estimate just to have a better sense of the job. If the client has any questions or concerns, they are definitely addressed before any work is done. Depending on urgency of the job and my availability, I try to get the job done within the client's preferred time frame.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 9 years of experience in all types of construction jobs, this includes but is not limited to bathrooms, kitchens, tile, flooring, paint, drywall, demolition, remodels, doors, trim, interior and exterior work as well.
