Five years ago we had Grout Medic come into our recently purchased model home to seal bathroom and kitchen grout and caulked tiled floors, showers and kitchen backsplash. This week we had Bruce return to clean, reseal and grout stain the areas that needed it again. It is so nice to work with a small local business. Andrea is in charge of answering phones and making appointments. Bruce comes out to the house to see what we need done and then leaves us a detailed estimate on what we might want done. We call Andrea after we select what steps we want done and she makes the appointment for Bruce to return. They make a great professional team and Bruce leaves us with a spotlessly new looking tiled areas. It is not cheap but it helps to keep our house looking good. We highly recommend Grout Medic.

Very nice and knowledgeable. If we have problems again with any tile, they will be who helps us. Our floor actually looks better than new. Bruce was absolutely on time and a terrific craftsman. Andrea was business like and very great at communicating. Great company. Thank you

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every shower, floor, countertop and backsplash are different and this is why wo do free in-home estimates. We don't have an hourly rate or square foot price. There are many factors that go into our pricing. Once we take a look we will email a proposal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by setting up a free estimate to look at your projects. During the estimate we listen to your concerns and we create a plan to best address those concerns. We go over our plan and explain what we can do and why. Lastly, answer any questions you have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business since 2006. Initially, we went through intensive training on different scenarios related to grout and tile cleaning and maintenance for different areas of the home. Each year we attend an annual conference and training where we learn about new technologies and products that we can incorporate into our business.
