- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Speaking for myself and our company. We are here for the customer. Our prices are not set in stone and always negotiable. We love to help people out everybody’s different and has different needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding that I’m there for the Customer and focus on the type of work, project or task that is going to take place and focusing on the small details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have lots of hands-on training. I’ve worked with residential properties as well as commercial properties which both required training in maintenance and engineering. I was a Chief Engineer/ Executive for hospitality for 5 years and 5 years in Residential as a Maintenace manager all in between those 5-10 years I was helping my Dad out with his Projects.
