Well this is long overdue. We would like to give a positive review of the Wise Team, Last summer we had to put our house on the market do to job relocation. Our Company required us to get 4 different market analysis for different realty companies. The Wise Team was our first choice based on reputation. Also the Company sent us 3 other realtors. We will tell you this Damian and Michelle are the most honest and personable professional we dealt with. Their market analysis was in line with what we felt was a marketable sales price. The other three realtor was telling us that the market is hot and we should put it out on the market at the higher end of what our area homes were selling for, that make us uncomfortable and we felt it would drive people way. Damion came in to our home and made us feel in control and asked us what we would like to see happen and what our expectation were. Then he brought us a market plan that seemed to be more realistic and told us that if he felt that he could get us a very good deal with this asking price as a starting point and could get people more interested in the home and would make a better offer than our asking price. Well it happened The Wise team was very WISE indeed. We had a contract on our house within 3 days of it going on the market. The sales price was well above the asking price just as Damian had said he thought it would, with the current market conditions, but without all the sales pressure and inflated marketing plans of the other agent had offered. The Wise team put together a great marketing plan and executed it flawlessly. THANK YOU Damian and Michelle and the rest of the Wise Team.

Working with the Wise Team is what I would characterize as a Best in Class customer experience.The purchase or sale of a home can be one of the most stressful decisions we all face; taxing even the most even keeled and pragmatic decision makers out there. Ill be the first to admit that there are few more difficult to swoon in a business transaction than myself. A chronic type A, I need to have confidence in evaluation, resource and representation. Before, through, and even years after the process of home buying. Damian, Michelle and Bruce have had our back at every corner. Their depth of market and territory knowledge, coupled with a steadfast Can Do client centric approach has proven again and again that we are in good hands with them in our corner.Whether or not youre in the market to buy or sell. The Wise team is incredibly knowledgeable & was key in selling our home. My husband & I had been relocated out of state which made the thought of the whole process very stressful! The Wise team was amazing! They took the stress away! If my husband & I ever move back to Colorado we will go straight to The Wise team. The Wise Team is amazing! We interviewed three realtors before choosing Damian and his team to sell our house. Throughout the entire process we kept telling ourselves that we had picked the very best person possible. Our mantra was, "No other realtor would have done this, no other realtor would have gone the extra mile, no other realtor would have made this happen..." Damian and Michelle had everything lined up, always working in our best interest, and talked us off the ledge several times. They remained calm and professional and got the job done. They were in constant contact and responded immediately to my comments and questions. We truly believe they were the best choice we could have made.
