I have been training with Berto for the past 9 months. He has be very helpful in getting me on the right track. He has been supportive and encouraging, while pushing me to do the best I can in all my workouts. My nutrition needed a complete overhaul. Berto is very knowledgeable about nutrition and has given me a lot of direction and advice regarding my eating habits. I am know learning how to eat and live a more healthful lifestyle. I am a mom and a wife with a demanding career and a very busy life style. So for a long time I had nothing but excuses as to why I could not get to the gym. After discussions with my doctor about high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and my overall health at 40+ years old I decided that I had to stop making excuses. In August 2015 I joined a gym, started working with a trainer, have made changes to my nutrition and workout faithfully 6 days per week. I started training with Jerome about a year ago. He called me before our first training session and I immediately sensed his enthusiasm and passion for fitness. That being said, I don’t like change and was a little hesitant. However, it did not take long for me to realize how amazing and knowledgeable this man was. The longer I worked with Jerome I also realized that not only was he knowledgeable but he genuinely cared about me as person and my fitness journey. He has been programming workouts of resistance training and cardio that work for me and my goals, I am doing things in the gym that I did not think I could ever do. I love my workouts and my time in the gym, it is my time and it is only about me!! My nutrition has always been OK but Jerome has been helping me fine tune a few things, like increasing my daily calories. I thought increase my calories to lose weight? He walked me through the benefits and the why’s and I did it because I TRUST him. Being diligent with my workouts and following the programs that Jerome outlined for me combined with those small tweaks to my nutrition has equaled success for me. This journey has not always been fun or easy, it has taken a lot of hard work and dedication but I would not change a single thing about it. Recently I had my monthly weigh in and I am proud to say that I lost another 6 lbs., down a total of 40 lbs. and two pant sizes. Numbers aside, I feel great. No more high blood pressure or cholesterol, my energy has increased and I am more confident in all aspects of my life. Jerome continues to challenge and push me but never at the expense of form or safety, while using positive reinforcement and a little tough love when I need it. Jerome, I can’t THANK YOU enough for your patience, knowledge, kindness, and commitment. I look forward to continuing this journey with you my friend.

I am still training with Justin but in the time that I have trained with him, he has been very encouraging and I feel so comfortable with working with him. He doesn't ever make you feel bad about progress and his focus really is on getting a healthier you. He is becoming one of my favorite people to see in the week.

I have been training with Daria for two full weeks now but she is so hands-on and responsive, it honestly feels like longer. We meet twice per week but she also gives me "homework" for days we're not together, and gives me nutrition guidance as well. She is always helpful and honest but never preachy, and she listens carefully to me and my goals, my concerns, and even my feelings or mood on a particular day - she can adapt our workout on the spot as needed, and she always explains modifications of things we do that I can make work with different equipment or none at all. She explains everything we're doing and why, and it is clear she is well educated and well trained to work in this role. I highly recommend Daria if you want a down-to-earth trainer who will listen to your personal goals and make a plan that is just for you - not just copied out of a book.

I started training with Karisa about two months ago and I have already seen many changes in my life! Karisa is awesome, she is always available when I have questions, she checks in with me often, and always does her best to meet all of my needs. Karisa writes me meal plans, we meet at least weekly to work out then she gives me a workout plan for in-between our sessions. Karisa is encouraging and real. She helps me see that even when I feel like have a failed, I am still on the right track. She pushes me but also shows patience. She motivates me, and truly cares. I am so blessed to have found her. I have already lost about 12 pounds but more importantly I already feel stronger! I never would have thought I would come as far as I have in just two short months. I look forward to continuing my journey to fitness with Karisa! Thanks Karisa for your dedication and caring nature!

Aaron is great - he's a perfect balance of patience and motivation, he meets you where you are in your fitness journey but also pushes you to go beyond what you think you're capable of. I've gotten stronger and leaner in just 5 weeks of working with Aaron, 2x per week (plus one day of strength training program on my own that he creates for me). I'd highly recommend him!

As a former high level athlete that was far too out of shape for his own liking. Sean was able to motivate and push me past the point of it's not worth the struggle of going to the gym. After that I couldn't stop going up the gym an pushing my self to be healthier and getting stronger. In the few sessions I had with Sean I was able to lose 15 pounds in three weeks and roughly 4%-5% body fat. On top of all that he also went the extra mile to get to know me as a person and the reasons why I wanted to change. He continued to push me outside of our training sessions and gave me a plan to follow during the days we didn't have sessions and after the sessions I had paid for. Lisa is an amazing trainer! She will encourage you and push you to be your best! Her workout and meal plans work effectively and just have to be followed precisely. I am so excited for my results and have only been training for six months. I have lost 4% bodyfat and gained 8lbs of muscle and am finally feeling confident to rock my bikini this Summer! As a member of Pura Vida in Cherry Creek I had the opportunity to try a Pilates class. Having never done Pilates I was hesitant to try something that wasn't manly or required the lifting of weights, etc. so with trepidation I signed up for my first Pilates class with Coleen Glenn-Wilson and I have to say it was a life altering experience. Being mid 60's, overweight and a borderline diabetic Colleen was instrumental in improving my health and over the next 3 years I worked with her weekly in private and small classes. It wasn't inexpensive and it was always challenging physically but it was an investment in me. Unfortunately, Colleen now lives and works in Boulder and I live in Castle Rock over 60 miles apart so when she stopped training in Denver I had to find an alternative which was that I bought a Peak Pilates reformer for at home and because she trained me so well I am able to work out on my own and the reformer is a part of my conditioning program. I would whole heartedly recommend Colleen to anyone if they want to have a trainer that cares and will train you in the true Joseph Pilates methods.

Sarah really takes the time to understand what your personal goals are and tailors her training to your fit your fitness level, time, and individual preferences. I love that she creates a rounded program including nutritional advice that encourages healthy choices in both what you eat and what you do for the long term. Even while living in another state, working online with Sarah has kept me motivated to lose 10 pounds and even train for a 10k. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great personal trainer!

I participated in work out sessions and group forums with Michelle before having my baby and found that they prepped me for labor really well. I got my questions answered and learned some exercises I could be doing to get ready for baby. Since having my baby, Michelle has been doing personal training sessions with me to regain the strength and firmness (smile) back into my body. The sessions are enjoyable and catered to my specific needs and goals. She's just such a sweet gal.

    Brady has been training me for a little over 6 months now and I couldn't be happier! I went from a size 10 to a 4 without really following a diet to closely! His knowledge of what works best is second to none! He will listen to u throughout the training and adjust if necessary. Brady is driven to get you to your goal through know how,compassion and understanding of the process. I will never go to another fitness trainer but him.
