We had a great experience with Eric working on our bathroom remodel! He tiled everything behind our vanity and installed the light and mirror. He also pointed out a few items that needed fixing in the rest of our bathroom and took care of those items. Great attention to detail and would definitely hire him again for any future remodel work!

He did great work repairing the tiles in our bathroom shower stall. He was good at communicating with us to explain his thought process on how to fix the problem and then followed through. We would hire him again.

Eric delivered truly amazing service, in one day he : snaked 2 toilets, fixed flushing and valve on one, completely replaced another toilet with new one (what he found a great deal on in the store promptly), fixed another leaking valve, replaced shower set with new one, replaced the plumbing under the sink, fixed the leaks in shower, and finally also fixed couple door frames on his way out. On top of that also provided lot of good advice for future fixes and project. And all of that with great positive attitude and professional manners. Needless to say I am impressed! Big thank you for all your help.

I had hired another Thimbtack handyman to put in ikea bathroom cabinets and was unhappy with the job. The cabinet was coming off of the wall! Eric happily fixed the bad installation and installed the other two for me. He didn’t complain about the non-US measurements of the ikea piping and he figured how to do it. Looks beautiful! I am so happy and hoping to hire Eric to take down my kitchen soffits and wall and install a new Ikea kitchen soon. I am a realtor and will be referring him to my clients too for handyman punch lists and jobs. Great experience!

Eric provided guidance beyond what one would expect, prior to coming to the job and after. I had a problem with dishwasher drainage, after a garbage disposal had been installed. He problem solved prior to coming to the job, worked efficiently on the job and after he left, he got back with me to further assist me with an issue that needed attention. Within hours after, the entire problem was solved at a very affordable price and I felt supported by his diligence to complete the work in a satisfactory manner! I highy recommend him.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started this business in Steamboat Springs, Co. with attention to detail in mind. After working with a big contractor who used lots of employees and did none of the work himself. I could see there was tons of room for improvement over the product he was putting out and getting paid good money to install. You could barely call his installs average quality. So I went out on my own and have been in business ever since!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get yourself 2 to 3 bids on your project and take the middle or the high one. The extra money spent will give you more value for your buck. (The lowest one maybe more after all the add ons that they weren't thinking about.) In the long run, you're not going to worry about the extra $25, $100 or $500 more it'll cost to do the project right. It'll be the contentment or the frustration that lasts years or decades, after the project is completed. Great quality = Great value. We gaurantee it "Done the right way the 1st time, Everytime!"
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Is the one you are hiring installing the work himself or is he just a smiling face taking the profit and the quality out of your pocket and project. Outfits like Dunrite and the like will bleed you dry and barely give you an average install for the money. Hire someone that owns their business and also owns their install. Have the guy with 20 plus years of experience installing your Dream master shower instead of one of the guys he just hired who doesn't care and is making pennies on the dollar. You will thank me everyday for this advice if you take it. Talk to you soon.
