FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $20 an hour we can do two times a week but I recommend three sessions. Unlike most trainer this priced comes with a nutrition plan and weekly reviews on progress. I only charge you for the hour workout that day, not for the time it takes to go through your nutrition plan and progress.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have all the stats of my new clients before our first meeting so when we sit down I have the entire plan worked out. It takes me on average 2 hrs. to workout a diet and exercise plan for each individual but only 30 minutes to go through it, I don't want to have to have you wait while I construct one. Everyone is different and unlike most trainers I do not blanket plans. Each plan is personalized to each individual. Every week you will have "homework" to do for me so we can hold each other responsible. I understand everyone is very busy, so don't worry, this homework will not be time consuming.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years of experience in weight lifting, power lifting, bodybuilding, aesthetics, and marathons. I have many years as a non commissioned officer in the Army and keeping soldiers within regulation height and weight requirements.
