Introduction: Every client and healing session is different. I like to start off with a 5-10 minute one on one to get a better idea of the issues going on and where I may be able to add extra attention. Usually I do not do any talking during the session so as to focus the reiki more precisely and so I am able to recieve information about the client from the clients body and energy without any interuptions. Afterward I do a follow up and tell you do's and don'ts of aftercare. Clients are always welcome to stay in touch and discuss their healing process as the week goes on and we can tweak areas or focus more somewhere if needed. I love to see the transformation in my clients after a reiki session, and sometimes they are surprised themselves at this new slowed down, stress-free feeling they now carry. Even ten minutes can greatly wash away that which no longer serves you.
