Shelly did an absolutely stunning job on the staging for our investment property. This was a very high-end house, and the furniture and accessories she chose were exactly what was need it. She really nailed the project. We had given her a really tight deadline to work under, and she performed beautifully. It turned out even better than I had hoped for. I would definitely hire her again in the future! Worth every penny in helping the property look as good as it possibly can.
Isabelle helped us sell our home in ONE DAY! Our real estate agent referred us to her. Isabelle came quickly to our home, spent a few hours taking notes one afternoon..returned within a few days and spent 2 more days arranging and rearranging the few furnishings that were left in our home when our girls moved out, (taking most of our furniture with them :-) and then added pieces from her own collection until everything looked absolutely perfect! There are a number of stagers I could have used and by a stroke of good luck chose Jennie. I received her immediate attention and she gave me options as to what levels of staging she could provide. She always kept her time commitments so I was able to follow my sales timeline. I did a FSBO and when the first walked through they wanted to know how long I had lived there indicating to me the staging Jennie did achieved what was expected....help sell my house. I got full asking price which is a sellers goal. I will keep Jennie in my contact list and use her again when needed or recommend her if asked. Oh, did I mention that her bid was very reasonable?

Nathan and 24 Hour Movers responded to my request for yard clean up labor, which is not their principle business. He was respectful of my time, careful to listen to and record my requests, putting all in a written agreement, which stated what was covered in the bid and what would require an extra fee. The crew was prompt, polite, and professional. Landscaping not being their principle business, they do not yet have many of the tools that may have assisted them in the yard clean up process. For example, a leaf vacuum may have been a time saver and something I might have done well to have rented for their use. Overall, a good experience. Thanks, gentlemen, for your help...the yard presents much better for our real estate showings!
