I learned more with him in one day lesson than I learned with my previous swimming coach in a 3 day lesson! I am a beginner when it comes to learn how to properly swim. In the past, I have reached out to numerous swimming instructors based on my trauma with water. I wanted to find someone who would be able to help me. I had numerous swimming instructors in the past and thought that maybe I would never overcome my fears. I met with Becky for the first session and immediately felt the comfort she was providing me. Throughout my sessions, she worked at my pace and was VERY patient with me. I was shocked at how comfortable I was with her. If you are looking for someone with patient, loving, and caring, Becky would be the perfect fit.
I thought that working with Maggie would help improve my strength and fitness but it has included SO much more. Maggie has taught me about whole body wellness incorporating nutrition, mindfulness and practical goal setting. Best part about my time working with Maggie is that she has showed me how to incorporate small healthy improvements that fit into my lifestyle. I've been working with Maggie for 6 weeks so far and I'm so happy with the progress I've made.
Scott is my massage therapist, and he helps me keep my aging body lithe, limber and relaxed. I have had sessions with him a couple of times a month for several years. He is spiritually grounded and physically strong and can gently go very deep into big muscle groups to release tension points. I always leave our sessions feeling rejuvenated in the best sense. Scott is the best.
Russ is such a great trainer and motivator! I have continued working out with him because he definitely knows how to train in a tough but encouraging and fun way. The workouts are always different and I always leave feeling good that I worked hard and am improving myself and becoming more and more fit. Russ is also always available for questions about nutrition, fitness, or any other problems you might be facing with working out. He has brought in some quality trainers that never disappoint and sometimes leave me barely able to walk, which is a good thing! The best part is the gym is very family friendly and encouraging to each other. Everyone here helps each other, laughs, smiles, and has a great time all while getting in the best shape of our lives!
Dave is a great instructor. I have learned tons from him. He is able to teach all levels of martial arts. I have had instruction form all over this great country and he is one of the best. He breaks every move down nice and slow to make sure no student gets hurt and so they understand the moves. Under his instruction I have never seen the gladiator style that I have seen in many other gyms. Again he makes sure his students learn in a safe friendly environment.

I swam from 4 to 18 competitively. I started coaching swimming when I was 11 and coached till I was 18. I then coached again after college for 4 years. I am the go-to instructor for the tough cases. When everyone else fails, I don't. When odd hours don't work for others, I make them work for me.

I was a competitive swimmer for a few years while growing up! I love to work with the kids and get them comfortable with the water. I also love being able to teach them basic swimming skills to keep them above the water! I don't want to spend money to send a quote. I charge $20-$40 a session that's for an hour up to 2 hours. I have taken several lessons with Liz and she has been great. She has helped me improve my stroke and swimming...a lot! I leave every lesson with personal drills and skills to practice.
Great massage, very peaceful environment. Young Living essential oils are the best. I usually come in for a specific issue, like pain in back or neck, pulled muscle, etc, and Melissa is very good at resolving the problem. Usually I need to book well in advance as spots fill up quick, so I can't always get in exactly when I would like to, but that is just because this place is very popular.
Kaleigh was my personal trainer for a year and a half. She works incredibly closely with her clients to accomplish whatever goals they have. For me, I had recovered from an eating disorder and was not yet at a place where I could healthily think about weight loss. Kaleigh respected and understood that and worked with me to make tangible goals that I could work towards and be excited about that were not triggering. I had worked with several other trainers previously and have had my fair number of negative experiences with people working in the exercise industry and none were as empathetic, respectful, and inspiring as Kaleigh. One of the goals I had was to lower my resting heart rate, over the course of my training she helped me lower my resting heart rate from 105 bpm down to 75 bpm. I saw huge changes to my body composition and was amazed by now being able to feel muscle instead of fat, fit into old dresses, and feel comfortable in my skin again. When I was having a hard time staying motivated, we started doing Sportsball Tuesdays as she knew I had wanted to know a lot of basic sports related skills that I had never developed. She taught me how to throw a football, throw a frisbee properly, and increase my soccer-related skills. Sportsball Tuesdays helped me stay motivated and also helped me increase basic skills that let me find more opportunities for exercise outside of our sessions. She is an amazing personal trainer!
Best bootcamp around! It's fun and motivating. You ll keep coming back. I tried Zumba and gyming and yoga.but this is where I found I was having fun. Devin is awesome and he works with every individual. So you are not one in the crowd. It's great !!!
