- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel that no project should be limited to the 'Design Budget' with that being said, I have set certain levels of design fees for my service. I will also create a custom package for clients, catering to a lower or a much higher budget. I have set hourly rates for each service I provide, along with flat rate packages and packages include all the design services you could imagine. I feel I have create different structures of pricing allowing to cater to a number of different clients. Contact me today and I will work with you on your next project too!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common job I do for clients is helping them find their personal design style through inspirational images, pulling conceptual product design images and selection fixed finishes. I also typically provide for each and every client, one type of design drawing (3-D perspective rendering, Elevation, Isometric Drawing, Computer Rendering) to help them envision their space once it is completed.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise a client to ask the designer/planner to provide them with a list of all the ways they communicate with their customers, during the planning phase, design phase, install date, and final reveal day....be sure you as the client know how to use each of these platforms. I use a number of different types of platforms to communicate with each of my clients some include: phone calls, emails, Gchat, Skype, FaceTime, google documents, pinterest, houzz, facebook, dropbox and many more. I utilize systems and platforms like these to communicate with my clients and design a one of a kind space unique to them!
