I recently had the pleasure of taking Aja's yoga class. She has a clear, smooth voice that is direct, yet also sooths, even if you're doing the hardest pose ever! I smiled & laughed on my mat during class, which for me- is the tell tale sign of a good teacher ;) getting me out of my head & into my body. An alignment based flow class is what I took & it was simply perfect; a seemless flow w/challenge poses followed by restoratives. Also, while the music was only background, I found the choices perfect... The whole class was exactly why I needed, I'll definitely be back :) namaste~ Glove

Aja is truly gifted with an intuitive touch! After getting a massage I feel miraculously better, as if she was able to fix whatever was ailing me. She does everything right, pressure, rhythm and consistency throughout the massage. Her knowledge and abilities really shine through! I highly recommend!
