About
I specialize in turning ugly, old bathrooms into a durable room that feels like a resort. There’s no reason to leave the door closed to your bathroom anymore, or ignore the leaks and stained grout. If you want a custom poured shower pan, a new luxurious bathtub you can stretch your legs out in, gorgeous tile, heated floor, new vanity, new lighting, and/or different drywall texture, you can have it. When it comes to home remodeling I’ve done it all. I’ve worked with and for some of the largest home remodeling companies in the Denver area for over 10 years. I’ve entirely remodeled several homes without hiring sub contractors, so there’s no need to have a stampede of construction workers in your home. If you want all of my experience and expertise, but not the prices other companies charge, feel free to contact me. I’m licensed, insurance and have warranties on my work. Thanks!

We are thrilled with how our bathroom turned out. Aaron gave great advice in areas we were unsure of and also honored our wishlist. He keeps his word and his quote is his quote, he is not one of those guys that comes back with extra costs. He was great with all communication. The thing that stood out the most was how amazingly he cleans up after himself everyday. Not once did I feel like there was “contractor mess”. Thanks for a beautiful bathroom Aaron.

Aaron is the consummate professional. His craftsmanship is exceptional. He was extremely helpful with his input on tile selection, and was very attentive to our concerns throughout the project. Each day he thoroughly cleaned the area and the impact on the rest of the house during reconstruction was kept at a minimum. Aaron was always punctual and kept us up-to-date as to the progress of the project and next steps. He is amiable and a pleasure to work with. We recommend him highly.

If walls could speak, the secrets they would share…
Change can often be intimidating, unwanted, challenging or scary, however, it can also be quite exciting. Walking into a 65+ year old home, it quickly became apparent that the home was in need of many updates and repairs. Prioritizing a bathroom that had long since been neglected became the sole focus as a first step. Aaron came in and took the time to listen to thoughts and ideas as well as offer opinions on how to modernize and maximize the functionality of the space. After taking measurements, he recommended a sewer scope which yielded some surprises, however, he was willing to attend the consultation as well as help offer solutions. While not visible or glamourous, replacing the portion of the sewer line under the house as well as updating the water lines which were beginning to show signs of leakage, gave way to a much larger peace of mind within the home upon completion of the project.
Demo of the bathroom once again unearthed more surprises as previous leaks and water damage were exposed. Aaron took the time to fully explain what would be needed to fully rectify past damages and lend to a more secure and sound update. He was willing to go beyond what was initially quoted for scope of work to ensure everything was being done correctly rather than slapping a Band-Aid on and hoping for the best. The subfloor was replaced, followed by cement board and all preparations were taken to ensure that the new tile was level and secure. What once was a smaller tub, was replaced by a walk-in shower which gave way to more space, as well as a cleaner and much more modern look. Aaron went to great lengths to ensure that the waterproofing would not allow for similar damages as previously incurred, as well as proper pitch to the drain, so that there would not be issues with standing water. The accuracy and attention to detail on the layout of tile leaves a hotel-esque feeling, far superior to what had previously been in the bathroom. Overall, the end result of the bathroom renovation left me speechless, and exceeded all expectations.
The centralized location of water calling rooms aided in cleaning up an additional space as a bonus as well. Directly behind the wall of the bathroom lays the utility room/wash room. Once again, a neglected space, containing 20+ year old appliances as well as a 13 year old water heater, and old vinyl flooring, the room was a cry for help. Aaron shared vision and was willing to again help update and modernize the space. Altering the layout of the room increased ease of access for the laundry appliances and converting from a classic hot water heater to a tankless system increased area of the room as well. Building a platform to elevate the appliances, updating cabinetry and lighting all gave the room a much cleaner appearance and organized feel. The space is much more practical and attractive and makes doing laundry less stressful.
Aaron’s craftsmanship, knowledge and patience as well as cleanliness and effective communication skills make him an excellent contractor to work with, and I would highly recommend him for any project you may have in mind.
