FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we answer any questions that a new client may have. We want to make sure that we are 100% the best fit for you and your dog. Then, we usually work out some administrative details- client forms, dog profiles, booking dates. Once we take care of all that, we get to work at our first session or dog pick up! We are extremely communicative, so we will keep you updated along the way.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our experience in dog training is all over the place- we've worked with dogs on basic obedience all the way to leash reactivity and aggression. Every human and dog combo is different and keeps us on our toes- we love it! What stands out about our business is that we love what we do and it really shows! We strive to be uber professional, but also build extremely strong bonds with our clients and go above and beyond every day.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First of all, know that dog training is an unregulated trade and there are many inexperienced trainers out there that may charge less, but may also not provide you with the best advice for you and your dogs. That's not to say more expensive is always better, either! Ask as many questions as you'd like and do your research- any good trainer will be happy to answer anything you may throw at them.
