- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are fair and honest, and my work relies on your satisfaction. Any bid or invoice I provide reflects high quality, work-craftsmanship. The old saying, "You pay for what you get, " is 100% accurate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make it as easy as possible! I do my best to work around your schedule, which means I can make myself available on the weekends or during non-regular working hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My college degree is in Spanish Literature... While I've lived and traveled in many Spanish-speaking countries, my degree didn't necessarily prepare me for the work I complete now. However, it was one of many accomplishments that helped me develop strong work ethic and attention to detail. With that said, I've worked with and been trained from the best in the industry, and between that and almost two dozen years of experience, I have the kind of eye for projects that help me proactively prepare for problems to ensure I exceed your expectations.
