I wasn’t planning on writing this tonight. I thought it could just be multiple choice, so I want to say that I had trouble choosing just 3 items. It was really all 5; I would have also said responsiveness and punctuality as well. I was really happy with the job and I wish I could delete this so that I could write a more thoughtful review. I attempted to change my choices, but this review wouldn’t allow me to do that. I really wanted to pick responsiveness, but I didn’t want to drop anything else off the list (but as I said, I couldn’t change my choices.) I picked several different tiles and I wasn’t sure how it all would look together, but it looks beautiful. The job was done in a very timely manner and I received a lot of help, in terms of tile choices and which grout would be best.

Ivan and crew were a pleasure to work with! Ivan is very responsive to texts and even squeezed our job in a day early in the midst of a very busy week he had scheduled. They put paper down to protect our hardwood floors, and even arranged for the disposal of the old tile and drywall. They did an excellent job replacing new drywall and we are so pleased with how the tile backsplash in our kitchen turned out. I highly recommend Pantaleon Flooring & Interiors and we will be contacting them again for future projects!
