- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for a whole house fan installation is primarily based on the size and model of the appropriate whole house fan and the time for the installation, which is often accomplished in 3-4 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a customer reaches out, we schedule a time, often that week, to look at their property and build an estimate for the project. Once the estimate is accepted, we schedule a time for the installation within the next 2 weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an electrician for 15 years and became a licensed QuietCool installer by completing their training course. I have also become an expert on attic ventilation through training from expert roofers.
