CONCRETE A parking lot per square foot price will be much less than a small driveway. Call me and I'll give you a free detailed written estimate. Please provide me measurements and photographs of the work area. DECKS & RAILINGS Most composite decks with railings using trexs or timber teck cost about $56 per square foot. Concrete and hot asphalt varies according to the size of the project.

listen very carefully to the customer to determine specifically what they wish to accomplish also the time frame many times projects need to be completed before a holiday or a birthday or an anniversary party
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Hurricanes caused a lot of damage on the shoreline in Milford where I grew up. I built 2 seawalls, one of which was the largest privately owned wall on the entire 17 mile coastline. I loved the challenge of working against the fluctuating tides.
