Introduction

After I closed Noel's Kitchen, I started Sarah's and named it after my daughter Sarah Robyn. She is my inspiration. This company specializes in a Cajun, Creole, French, West Indian, Southern, BBQ, Latin, & Classic American Cuisines that offers dishes that can be eaten for Breakfast, Lunch, Brunch, & Dinner. I think the end results is the best for me. I love it when my clients are completely satisfied and I see that smile and look of "Thank You" on their face. Sometimes, It's a look of great relief. These events are extremely important and stressful to my clients so I take each individual contract just as important. The pay is good too. LOL!!!

I wanted a private chef to come to my house and prepare a birthday dinner and Robert made it a great experience. Prior to the event his responsiveness was quick and he worked with me until I had the perfect menu. On the day of the event his team arrived on time to start preparing and the food was ready at the set time. Dinner was served family style and you won’t have to worry about not having enough food or small portions. There were enough leftovers for all guests to take home! Also the food was very delicious.

AMAZING! Chef Robert was lovely to work with. He helped me out tremendously after a chef had cancelled on me. He was able to replicate the menu I had set in my mind on super short notice and his deliver was more than I could have imagined. His team was an absolute delight and made my party for 30+ guests even more wonderful. They prepared everything on-sight with the freshest ingredients, and served with smiles on their faces the whole time. Seeing how happy they were and how proud they were of the amazing food they served us made the experience that much better! And oh man was my kitchen and grill sparkling after! An absolute delight and would highly recommend. Menu: - Oysters with an incredible spicy sauce dollop - Gorgeous tiered charcuterie and fresh fruit display - Assortment of sushi rolls - Tacos with all the dressings - Warm lobster rolls topped with this amazing cabbage slaw (super light mayo) and perfectly toasted buns - OMG! - Ribeye grilled to perfection - Marinated chicken caprese skewers There was soo much food we had leftovers to snack in late night and for lunch the next day. 100% recommend! You will not be disappointed.

Chef Rob is absolutely amazing!!! I hired him to cook a special dinner for my parent’s 60th wedding anniversary! The food was delicious! He was so professional and personable. We could not get enough of his food. If you hire him, you will not be disappointed. So glad I met him!

Chef Rob cooked an incredible Cajun feast to celebrate my wife's birthday. Everyone (12 of us) thoroughly enjoyed the meal, and all had different favorites. Candied bacon, gumbo with corn bread, truffle mac and cheese, steak, salmon, and an awesome bread pudding were some of the dishes we experienced. We really enjoyed the interaction with Chef Rob throughout the evening. You can tell he really enjoys what he does. He cooked effortlessly and was a marvel to watch. Chef Rob, thanks for making the evening so special for my wife!

Chef Rob joined our team during a recently concluded tradeshow. Right at the start of our engagement, he was very proactive in answering our inquiries, and also in giving his insights based on his previous tradeshow experiences. The recipes are very savory and his cooking is very good, highlighting the qualities of our fish products. He is easy to work with and is willing to go the extra mile. Chef Rob is very professional and accountable. Despite the unfortunate accident that happened on the first day, he was able to show up on the remaining days and performed well, making a great contribution to showcasing our products.

Usually a phone call or 2 in the beginning. Then probably 2 to 3 meetings which may include a tasting. Sign Contract. Perform Event. Pretty straight forward

I trained as a Chef in Louisiana for over 7 years. I've opened a full service restaurant in Atlanta and in Brooklyn. In total, I've had 4 restaurants to date. I've been working in the Food Service Industry since 1994
