Chef Robert curated a 5 course meal for myself and 9 of my closest friends. I cannot speak highly enough of him and his staff. Not only was the food out of this world, it was also unique and cooked to perfection. We had tons of leftovers and they left the kitchen spotless. He’s also a vibe, so if you’re looking for some subtle entertainment he is your guy. Thanks for a delicious and memorable night Chef!!

Thank you Chef Rob for giving us an amazing persinal chef experience along with great tasting food. Chef Rob arrives in time and does it all from the cooking to cleaning up after. Thank you Chef Rob for understanding the assignment and executing it. It was surprise to my wife for our 15 year anniversary and she loved every moment and bit of it. All Quotes given do not include Taxes, Transportation, or Gratuity. Discounts are available to repeat customers
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually a phone call or 2 in the beginning. Then probably 2 to 3 meetings which may include a tasting. Sign Contract. Perform Event. Pretty straight forward
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained as a Chef in Louisiana for over 7 years. I've opened a full service restaurant in Atlanta and in Brooklyn. In total, I've had 4 restaurants to date. I've been working in the Food Service Industry since 1994
