Introduction: After I closed Noel's Kitchen, I started Sarah's and named it after my daughter Sarah Robyn. She is my inspiration. This company specializes in a Cajun, Creole, French, West Indian, Southern, BBQ, & Classic American Cuisines that offers dishes that can be eaten for Breakfast, Lunch, Brunch, & Dinner. I think the end results is the best for me. I love it when my clients are completely satisfied and I see that smile and look of "Thank You" on their face. Sometimes, It's a look of great relief. These events are extremely important and stressful to my clients so I take each individual contract just as important. The pay is good too. LOL!!!

This was the first time I hired a personal chef, I did not know what to expect and I was nervous! I hired Chef Rob for my sister’s Bachlorette party in Bringantine,NJ. Chef Rob and YaYa exceeded my expectations and put my mind at ease. They were on time and very professional. We were not rushed at all and the food... OH MY GOD... the food was INCREDIBLE!! They set up and cleaned up as well! I would recommend and hire him back in a heartbeat. His food is sooo flavorful and he cooks so much that you will have left overs the next day! Excellent job and a HUGE thank you for making our event so very special!!!

I hired Chef Rob for my husband 60th birthday celebration. I kept it small due to Covid. Highly recommend him. Responsiveness and punctuality. Excellent presentation. Food was good and tasty. Chef Rob prepared an outstanding meal. This was our families first personal chef experience. The food was excellent and chef Rob was engaging. The kitchen was clean when he arrived and clean when he left. Our only concern was punctuality. Once he's there you will have a tremendous experience. I highly recommend him for your next event. Personal Chef

OMG! I have so much to say about Chef Robert's work. He worked with us for my husband's 50th birthday dinner party. He was phenomenal! He was patient (I have a super small kitchen) and has such a great personality. The food was AMAZING! Everyone that was in attendance could not get enough of the food and there was a ton of food for the amount of attendees I had. And he interacted so well with each and every guest. And a girlfriend of mine was even in talks with him about doing her daughter's birthday in a few months :). Also, when he was leaving my kitchen did not even look like he was even there...it was so clean. He was just AWESOME and I cannot wait to work with him again!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Usually a phone call or 2 in the beginning. Then probably 2 to 3 meetings which may include a tasting. Sign Contract. Perform Event. Pretty straight forward

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I trained as a Chef in Louisiana for over 7 years. I've opened a full service restaurant in Atlanta and in Brooklyn. In total, I've had 4 restaurants to date. I've been working in the Food Service Industry since 1994
