I was thoroughly impressed with all of Jaisen's reviews! Not just the sheer number of them, but how enthusiastic all his clients are about working with him! I can certainly attest to this and can see why so many people have such great things to say about Quantum Phytness. I've worked with other personal trainers local to my area, and can say without a doubt Jaisen is by far more knowledgable and much more professional. He's on time, never distracted by what's going on around us, and respects my time and doesn't make it a social hour. The workouts are varied and suited to your abilities. He also has a great team of fitness coaches that are nothing less that impressive. Great value and a top notch investment in your health!!
I decided to hire a Life Coach to talk to 22 young men and women in their early '20s who were uncertain about their future as they were entering the real world. They were anxious, afraid, unsure, many with low self-esteem (though many had done great in their respective colleges) and just didn't know what steps were necessary to not only blend in but excel in their jobs or positions they were looking for in their fields. We had the pleasure of bringing in Mr. Stone who with his larger than life personality, confidence and assurance woke the group up and explained that there was a path out of the woods, you just had to be shown where the clearing was and the rest would take care of itself. He listened carefully to many of the young people, and made sure everyone who spoke felt like their question meant something, assimilated down the fundamentals that were collectively necessary to get them to realize there was an answer; and more than one answer to their issue(s). Through his entrepreneurial background as an Investment Banker to a Producer in Hollywood, to a Private Jet Executive to a Manager of the top 100 Poker Players in the world to being an International Real Estate Executive doing transactions worldwide; his talk just captivated the audience with stories of the down and out (some well known) who turned their lives around using the right tools and told those in the audience they were far ahead of the earlier mentioned people he spoke about in his stories; and he knows exactly how to tell a story that not only moved the youngsters but everyone in the room. He is one of those people that just knows how to say the right thing to the right person and the energy level and enthusiasm just grew and became contagious which was quite a feeling. Though he is a Certified Life Coach which the youngsters never really cared to much about but it seems that his "real" experiences got the students emotionally invested in him and in the fact that they had a plan and map that was the beginning to getting themselves to where they want to go. I can't think of anyone I know who could have turned this room around so when they left the speech they felt better about themselves and their futures. He is the Real Deal!
Working with Rhonda has been an awesome experience. Personal training sessions are challenging and never boring. She is very knowledgeable on the body and will answer any question that is asked. She is very accommodating with flexible hours. She shows a great concern for one's health, wellness and performance. Whatever your goals are, RJ's Personal Fitness will definitely assist you in achieving them to the fullest. I highly recommend.
Peter, my personal trainer, is a stand up person with a great personality. He is very flexible with scheduling. He is also educated in dealing with clients with injury and medical issues. Besides his experience as a trainer, Peter has a background education in the health sciences and has worked as a PHysical Therapy assistant. Peter helped me get out of my cancer treatment slump and trained me with an injured shoulder. Over four months I lost 14 pounds and gained back the energy and strength I lost during chemo and radiation therapy. I am back in shape again and have Peter to thank for this. I come to his home to train where he has a very well equipt gym but he will also come to you to train you. He travels from eastern Long Island to queens. I am very pleased with my results so far and I really like Peter as a person. GO FOR IT!!!
I was very comfortable & statisfied with my consultation with Steve Stern, of Common Sense Fitness. Steve answered all of my questions during our consultation, and reviewed some basic health & nutrition information, then assessed my fitness level. Anna is a great yoga instructor. She is a very nice person that you can learn from for a healthier lifestyle. She is a great for fitness motivation and for general health too. Love my early morning yoga sessions before I head to work for another day full of meetings .😊
Signing up with NBI Fitness is probably one of the best things I could've ever done for myself. Trinnie and Gilbert are great and are currently helping me reach my dream health/body goals. The trainers truly care about their clients and are always pushing me to make sure I am doing all that is necessary to lose weight, tone up and build a healthy life style for myself. They also tell you what you should and should not be eating according to your fitness goal. Most importantly, I work and go to school full time therefore, it is difficult to work out with such a hectic schedule, BUT they literally make sure to work with whatever times works best for me even if its going out of their way. The cost, overall results and amazing customer service is really worth it and would recommend NBI Fitness to anyone who wants to tone up, lose weight, and get on track with their fitness goals.

Excellent experience ! I was a bit nervous in general before meeting but Hideka made us feel comfortable immediately ! She was extremely knowledgeable about health and fitness which was impressive. She was willing to work around our busy schedule which was super convenient . Hideka was patient, organized, and had a really positive attitude ! My partner and I️ inquired on training together . Hideka found out our strengths and weaknesses and focused a work out plan based on that which made it feel more personal and unique. Hideka made working out fun and exciting which was really awesome ! She is very motivated and conscious and really good vibes; we got a lot done and left our first workout feeling really great and extremely productive ! My experience with Theresa as my health coach was excellent. She helped me see further into my eating habits and ways to work through my daily urges. Theresa has a lot of patience and very knowledgeable about health coaching. She not only teaches but also follows it in her own life. I admire how discipline Theresa is when it comes to healthy eating. This was a great experience, I would recommend her to anyone that is serious about making real changes in their life. I have been training with Noah for approximately 5 months. He is undoubtedly one of the best trainers I have worked with for a number of reasons. First of all, I have a very busy and unpredictable schedule and he has been extremely accommodating and understanding. I have not missed a week since I began in February. He has created a plan that fits my needs and my age very nicely. He is able to get the most out of me, knowing exactly how far I can go. There is no way I would be able to do the same on my own. He is creative in his workouts, which I love because you never get bored. We work a new exercise or two into each session, which is great for the mind and the body. He is absolutely committed to getting me to my goals and knows how to create and execute a clear path toward achievement of those goals. Noah is a student of human physiology and he understands the importance of stretching, which is critical to a person my age. He has introduced me to new stretches which I am able to also do on my own. Last month, I has lower back spasms and he spent an entire hour stretching me in the right places which provided immediate relief. In short, Noah is a committed and reliable trainer who has been the perfect work out partner for me from every perspective. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking to get in better shape, and do it in a safe and appropriate manner.
Mackenzie was outstanding. This was my furst ecperience with yoga abd i am a 68 year old man. She was very patient snd understanding while at the same time coached me into doing those yoga positions that would help me in the areas where I needed it the most. She was wonderful
Starting training with alex and the workouts have been great. He puts together a routine every week that pushes me way past what ive done in the gym. Great full body cardio and muscle strengthening workouts
