I have started going to personal training with Aj in May 2019. I was first introduced to his business through a bootcamp, which is held every Tuesday at 8pm. Here it is a full hour of nonstop full body workouts and I left the gym knowing I wanted to continue coming to bootcamp as well as enroll in personal training lessons as well. Since started my personal training with Aj I have notice a huge difference in my endurance and stamina as well as when I look in a mirror. Ever since I started training with aj my entire life changed. Aj has been training me for about 4 months now and I can proudly say I’ve lost a significant amount of weight an don’t plan on stopping. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing is different for all clients depending on session frequency, clients fitness goals, and any extra services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I’m usually very cautious in the first couple sessions with every client. I like to take an easy approach so I am able to learn the clients limitations and abilities when performing exercises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am certified and fully insured to be a personal trainer. I have my bachelors degree in exercise science. currently, I am working on my second bachelors degree in dietetics and I am in the process of becoming a registered dietitian. I am a former division two track and field athlete. I have experience working with athletes with strength and conditioning and speed development. I spent time in Miami, Florida with the Florida international University division one athletic teams working with the strength and conditioning program.
