I offer discounts depending on the frequency of booked sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer I assess their goals their current fitness state. I take into consideration certain factors such as gender, age, fitness level, existing medical conditions as well as previous injuries that may have occurred. I evaluate form and come up with a plan best suited to their needs and then progressively work up to where they want to be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am ASFA (American Sports and Fitness Association) certified.
