Norbert T. says, "Highly recommend Eddie! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely knows his stuff. What impressed us most was his ability to troubleshoot the issue with our furnace rather than simply guessing at what might be wrong. He took the time to assess the problem, explain what was happening, and make sure we understood the work that needed to be done. His pricing was fair and transparent, and he was friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. It’s refreshing to find someone who combines technical expertise with honesty and excellent customer service. We wouldn't hesitate to call Eddie again and highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service."See more

Carlos was amazing, he came out and rerouted some pipes for us that had been installed improperly, and were blocking the installation of a new dishwasher.
He was prompt, courteous, and took the utmost care of the area surrounding where he was working.
We highly recommend Cross Joint Plumbing and Heating, and we will be using them for all of our projects from here on out.

Francois was terrific. As other reviews have stated, he not only addressed the specific issues that we hired him for, but noticed other problems in our plumbing that we hadn't been aware of (like a live wire under the sink from when a garbage disposal had been removed!). He fixed everything, even traveling to Home Depot twice to pick up parts.

In addition, he recommended two products for us to purchase to soften our water and fix the leak in our kitchen, and both seem to work well so far. Finally, he has a very engaging personality and is chatty but respectfully "quiet" while working. Will absolutely hire him again!

We first got on the wrong foot when we first scheduled someone to show up at our home. We scheduled someone to show up on a Friday morning only for no one to show up because they stated I never called to confirm. We finally got someone here who we thought knew steam systems. We were charged $69 for someone to show up and figure out the problem. Our steam boiler was short cycling which means it would stay on for 5 and turn off for 5. The plumber said we needed a new site gauge, new water control, pressuretrol and automatic water replacement switch. He replaced all the parts and charged us $2200 but my system was still short cycling. The plumber told my wife that day that it would short cycle 5 times then be fine but it kept short cycling. At this point I didn't have heat for 5 days at this point. I called their office and asked if there was someone on staff who could help the previous plumber figure out the issue. The owner and the same plumber came back and found hat the culprit was a main air vent valve which is an $80 part. So I've noticed that plumbing companies will take advantage of you when you have no heat. I suggest if you have heat issues during the heating season get second opinions and also get an expert that knows your system. If you have a steam system in your home I wouldn't recommend these guys but I must say their plumbers we able to be reached any time and we're very nice.
