Francois was terrific. As other reviews have stated, he not only addressed the specific issues that we hired him for, but noticed other problems in our plumbing that we hadn't been aware of (like a live wire under the sink from when a garbage disposal had been removed!). He fixed everything, even traveling to Home Depot twice to pick up parts.
In addition, he recommended two products for us to purchase to soften our water and fix the leak in our kitchen, and both seem to work well so far. Finally, he has a very engaging personality and is chatty but respectfully "quiet" while working. Will absolutely hire him again!
