Our technician David was courteous, professional and thorough. In the pouring rain, he removed a bird’s nest from our dryer vent and placed a cover to prevent any future “ intruders”. Completed air duct and vent cleaning for our townhome.

From setting up the appointment to the actual day of service, the communication/service is phenomenal. I talked to Constantine initially for setting up the appointment/figuring out the details. He was very responsive and answered all of our questions.Our tech, Alex, was very professional and incredibly polite. He called 30 minutes before arrival, made sure to take off shoes, and got started. He communicated with us on what he was doing during the process. He also had his mask on the whole time. His job was very thorough and he left everything clean after. We are very happy with the service provided by Alex! 100% recommend and will definitely work with them in the future!!!
