Gabriel Gordon has a unique style of training that pushes you to your limit. He is patient but does require you to maximize your result with proper diet and knowledge of what you are putting In your body. I love the boot camp sessions. and the class environment is Positive and Energetic!!!

Kyle is the absolute best! I can safely yet somewhat embarrassingly say that he is my best friend. He has helped me so much and is always looking for new ways to improve my workouts. I have been training with Noah for approximately 5 months. He is undoubtedly one of the best trainers I have worked with for a number of reasons. First of all, I have a very busy and unpredictable schedule and he has been extremely accommodating and understanding. I have not missed a week since I began in February. He has created a plan that fits my needs and my age very nicely. He is able to get the most out of me, knowing exactly how far I can go. There is no way I would be able to do the same on my own. He is creative in his workouts, which I love because you never get bored. We work a new exercise or two into each session, which is great for the mind and the body. He is absolutely committed to getting me to my goals and knows how to create and execute a clear path toward achievement of those goals. Noah is a student of human physiology and he understands the importance of stretching, which is critical to a person my age. He has introduced me to new stretches which I am able to also do on my own. Last month, I has lower back spasms and he spent an entire hour stretching me in the right places which provided immediate relief. In short, Noah is a committed and reliable trainer who has been the perfect work out partner for me from every perspective. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking to get in better shape, and do it in a safe and appropriate manner.
I have trained with Charlene on several occasions one on one and group training like boot camp etc. She is very attentive to everybody in the group and makes sure you are working out at your level. My personal trainings with her were very educational and effective.
I was hesitant to try personal training - skeptical of what could actually be accomplished in a small area in my home. Fast forward 10 weeks and bam! I feel amazing and have already decreased my BMI 5 points. Danielle challenges me but reminds me to listen to my body. Beginning round 2 this week.
Our Journey is a great place for whole wellness! I thought I was going to just get physically trained but they definitely gave a lot of knowledge. The trainers are professional and encouraging. I trained with Casey for approximately 4 years. In that time Casey has dramatically improved my strength and cardio along with the fact I lost 15lbs. The training at EK-Fit is thorough and always challenging. The workout routines change and promote pushing myself to a higher level. Bobby is eager to learn about my individual needs and goals as well teach me proper techniques. Clare is a knowledgeable professional who finds out your goals beforehand. Her background allows her to address any health concerns, prior injuries, etc. She makes her kick boxing class fun and inviting. She practices what she preaches and she listens to your individual needs to maximize your time and energy. I'm so happy to have a workout that I enjoy doing and it works all my muscles. The hour goes super quick and I look forward to learning all the moves she teaches. DEFINITELY would recommend her class or personal training. You won't be disappointed.

Christine is a fabulous human and a top notch trainer. I have been working with her for a year and a half now and lost a fair amount of weight along the way. She is knows when and how to push me. I always leave a session feeling like a million bucks and that's not something I could ever get out of trying to work out on my own. Her kind but firm approach has managed to get the best results out of me. I feel stronger than I ever have.
