Chef Thomas catered a delicious meal including appetizers, main course desserts and even special dishes for the kids, for my husband's 40th birthday. He was even able to customize certain dishes for a vegan and gluten free guest. And every dish was out of this world. My personal favorite was the jerk chicken. So, so good. And the chocolate cake and pineapple upside down cake were absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend Chef Thomas for any event. By the way, he is super professional and very easy to deal with. Thank you for making my husband's birthday a huge success Chef Thomas!!
Mitch did a great job. He worked with us ahead of time to refine the menu. He came early and set up. All the food was well prepared and delicious.

Ms. bartholomew's love of food and cooking food reflect in her very meticulous way of preparing all food from appetizers to desserts. She prepared all the food for my small party of twenty five for my son's birthday party. Everyone wanted to know who i catered from and of course gave Mrs. B's name. the food is prepared under sanitary conditions and it is farm to table fresh. i was especially impressed with the way Mrs. B asked my input for each course and what i would like served and any other ideas. She is extremely competent and definitely knows her way around the kitchen. She will be doing my next catering job for work and the neighborhood Christmas party. Rock on Gerry

Debbie is WONDERFUL and I would highly recommend her to everyone I know. I signed up for a series of 6 cooking classes with her with the goal of forcing myself to try new foods and learning new recipes - I definitely accomplished both! I've been an avid home cook for years but in just one class with Evan, I learned so many things that will make my cooking experience more fun and the meals I make more delicious. It's amazing how learning how to actually use a knife can speed things along! I took the class alongside my 14 year old son who has taken a reality show driven interest in cooking. Evan's class was great for both of us. My son learned a lot and is excited to continue his culinary journey. I so appreciate how he tailored the class to our needs. We are looking forward to more classes with Food's an Art!
Denise provided me with weekly meals (lunch, dinner, snacks and dessert) for the first six weeks after giving birth to my first child. Optimal nutrition from whole foods was my priority because I was planning to breastfeed. After having an unplanned C-section, a healthy/balanced diet predominately plant-based with organic/wild caught animal sources became even more important while now being an even greater challenge for me to prepare. I was extremely satisfied with all of the meals that Denise provided and when minor tweaks were needed, she was always accommodating and was able to deliver still very tasty, healthy dishes. As I had hoped, I am lactating well, my son is growing exceedingly well, and I am losing my baby weight at a nice healthy pace. Unexpected, in the weeks after having Denise prepare my meals, I have taken on preparing my meals for the week ahead of time on Sunday, using the same glass containers that I purchased for her meal prep and I have been able to continue the wholesome food for my family. I have even been using some of her recipes from the meals she prepared which she makes available on her website. I would certainly use Denise again and I have already recommended her to friends and family!

My name is Ms. Lola Nathan, a recently retired Public School Administrator. It gives me great pleasure to write this review for Gwen Robinson. I've known Gwen for over 30 years and our best times have been spent singing and cooking. She specializes in vegetarian, vegan, cooked, and raw foods. We have spent many hours preparing dishes like vegan potato salad, whole wheat dinner rolls, vegetarian meat loaf, roasted veggies, vegan eggplant parmigiana, raw seasoned kale, baked sweet potatoes, vegan burgers, all types of potatoes, every kind of vegetable, fruit, cake, apple crisp and so much more. Our latest collaboration was vegan lentil loaf in which we added organic shredded carrots, organic chopped celery, organic chopped onions, ground flax seed, nutritional yeast, liquid smoke and some seasonings to our organic lentils. It was so delicious that the guests I invited for dinner wanted to take slices of the lentil loaf home for the next day. Juicing is an integral part of our health practices. One of our most healthful combinations is kale, spinach, celery, carrots, and a touch of ginger, all organic! We know it's best to juice our vegetables and eat our fruit. Juiced veggies go straight to our cells giving strength and vitality to our whole body. Fruit we eat raw because this way cleanse our digestive system. Gwen prepares excellent fruit platters! Gwen is busy but she makes time for people like me who care about their health and want great tasting food. It doesn't take us long to do anything. I get all the ingredients, she does the preparing with me. Sometimes I just have her prepare meals for me for special occasions! She gets rave reviews, is easy to work with and is patient with all whom she is instructing. Gwen has taught many of my associates and friends how to make different tasty entrées and treats. She has no problem sharing recipes and keeps some with her. Young and old alike love whatever she prepares. She makes her own dough, from scratch, for fried dough & pizzas! Wonderful!! Chef Jenn demonstrated a level of versatility and professionalism that can't be matched when she held a Thai cooking class for my bachelorette. With last minute notice and requests we were sure we would have had to compromise on she came through with exactly what we wanted. To top it off she did so quickly, and more flexibly than we could have ever asked for! She was knowledgeable, fun, and she fit right in with my crazy group of girlfriends making for an amazing night! I have used her tips and tricks frequently in my own kitchen and have used her recipes multiple times in my home and they are always a hit! Highly recommended!
