Linda is an exceptional trainer. She is motivating, knowledgeable and careful. She has a true and complete understand of body function as it relates to training and nutrition as it relates to overall health. Linda creates personal and custom training programs that allow you to feel successful and accomplished. Linda is the most dedicated personal trainer I have ever worked with. Her commitment to her clients is unparalleled. She checks in regularly and keeps me motivated and pushing myself to achieve new personal bests. I have been working with Linda for almost 6 months and the plan she has set for me has put me on the path to achieve my goals. I had initially just wanted to improve my body composition after losing a large amount of weight, but Linda has helped me to see what I am capable of and to continue to drive for greatness.
